After 4 days of waiting, Jeff and Nathan are back in Louisville. They had a very uneventful flight home. I have to commend Jeff on his patience in handling the situation. I don't know if I would have done as well in similar circumstances.
After 2 bad airport experiences in Texas (December 2005 and present), it will be a long time before we consider taking a similar trip.
